Start with:

sudo /etc/init.d/zbw_connect start

[edit] Disabling the Z-way server

You can disable it with:

sudo update-rc.d z-way-server disable
sync
sudo reboot

[edit] Agocontrol support

You enable the agocontrol support the same way as with other Z-wave hardware.

Edit /etc/opt/agocontrol/conf.d/zwave.conf
